Welcome to Merton Downs. Our Luxury accomodation is a Rammed Earth construction with external walls 30cm thick, cool in summer, warm in Winter, Amenities include:

  • 3x large queen size bedrooms
  • 1x 2 single bed bedroom with separate TV and gaming options
  • 2x Bathrooms (One with Bath)
  • Drying room
  • Laundry including new washing machine and dryer
  • Wifi, fireplace
  • Split system air conditioning
  • Outside table setting and BBQ.

Check-In

  • Check in is from 2 pm and check out is by 10 am, unless otherwise agreed with us in advance.
  • Early check in/late check-out can be requested prior to arrival and is subject to availability. Additional day-use charges may apply.

Dog friendly

  • Dogs are welcome at Merton Downs!
  • Home paddock fully fenced
